PlaX Adopted in Naigai’s Socks

Bioworks’ plant-based next-generation synthetic fiber “PlaX” has been adopted for “Minna no Kutsushita Aging Care Foot Aid Socks” by Naigai Co., Ltd.

“PlaX” features inherent properties derived from lactic acid that help suppress the growth of bacteria on the fiber surface, making it well-suited for products that come into direct contact with the skin, such as socks.

These functional and environmentally conscious characteristics align with Naigai’s concept of achieving both comfort and sustainability, leading to its adoption in this product.
