High-function polylactic acid fiber made by adding Bioworks additive (about 5%) to polylactic acid.
The following video shows a comparative experiment that burned a polyester test piece and Bioworks fiber test piece. Polyester is a chemical material widely used for clothing as it is robust, hard to shrink, and easy to process, but it is easily burned and may hurt those sensitive to chemicals. Bioworks fiber is robust, hard to shrink, and easy to process like polyester, but is not easy to burn unlike polyester. Further, it is friendly to human skin and can be colored with natural dyes such as indigo and plants.

* Needless to say, it is biodegradable and therefore is the world’s first environment-friendly fiber.
